My child proverb this Lego small statue and sought after to be inflicted including it. Then asked me to yield reasons for what a Minotaur was. Including I told him in this vicinity the history of these beasts, he was most intrigued and sought after it for his bring collectively. It is practically appealing. Not only so cute, keep for appealing.

I've been waiting for this relief. I have always wanted to add in some more fantastical creatures to my army hordes and this minotaur does not disappoint. The photograph job is very meticulous and the headpiece is quite ornamental. As mentioned, it does block out the torso photograph, but they do have furry tufts below their head/chest, so it is quite true to my knowledge. It doesn't bother me that they can't move their head. I would expect a larger stick for him to wield, but this one does the job.

Today while meandering owing to the labyrinth that is my local Toys R Us, I was fortunate enough to stumble across the Minotaur. The name Minotaur comes from a combination of two Greek words: Minos, the name of the king who prearranged the construction of the Cretan Labyrinth, and Tauros, meaning bull. Now you too can add Minos' bull to your legions of Lego minifigures. Deal between $3 and $4 dollars, the Minotaur is a neat modest minifigure for anyone who gravitates towards fantasy, horror, mythological, and just plain bizarre Lego themes. Here's some thoughts on the Minotaur:Positives:*Easy to find! If you are buying this from Amazon, you'll know what figure you are getting. If you are standing in the toy aisle of your local retailer, however, squeezing and poking the blind bagged minifigures while trying not to look shady while Wal-Mart security and parents leer at you, at least you will find the Minotaur easy to find. There doesn't seem any other figure in series 6 as bulky and distinct as the Minotaur's head.*He comes with quite a few parts! Besides his legs, torso, and head, the minotaur also has two removable horns (they come loose in the package) and a two piece axe. The axe is fine, but that blade would also look sweet on the underside of a Lego rifle, too!*I love that Lego includes a stand and the modest guidebook in each package. Stands are always welcome in any toy line!Negatives:*There isn't any printing on the back of the Minotaur. I only have 6 of the blind bagged minifigures, so maybe they all have no printing on the back, but I have lots of other Lego minifigures with fine points on the back of the torso, and it does look sharp. The Minotaur must shave his back, as it is quite smooth. Conclusion:I think the odd characters are the most fun, and the Minotaur is no exclusion. He looks positively imposing (for a Lego figure) and would fit well in with the new Monster Fighters theme, more fantasy based Castle sets, or even with the Aggravate Potter theme. (BTW, isn't it about time for Lego to create a theme based on Greek mythology?)

My son has wanted this minifigure for quite some time now. We have not been able to find it as it is part of an older series. He was thrilled at the news that we found one. He had to wait for 2 weeks to get it (we were on holidays etc) and it was well worth the wait. He carries it around with him everywhere he goes. The best $6.00 we have ever washed-out!!
