The LEGO City Police ATV 60006 is $ 6.99 in the LEGO January 2013 Catalog and $6.97 at WalMart (where I got it). I don't know why Amazon and other sellers are selling it for more than even LEGO says it is worth.To talk about the product itself. My 6 time old son built this little set all by himself with no aid.
